GETTING THERE

WALKING

A. Manchester Oxford Road Train Station (6 minutes)

Turn right onto Whitworth Street West.
Turn immediate right onto Oxford Road, heading South away from the city centre.
Go under the railway bridge and the Mancunian Way flyover.
Turn left onto Sidney Street and follow the blue “King’s Church” pedestrian signs around to the right.

B. Manchester Piccadilly Train Station (18 minutes)

From the Fairfield Street exit (by the taxi rank), turn right onto Fairfield Street. Cross London Road.
Take the left bend onto Whitworth Street.
Turn left onto Oxford Road, heading South away from the city centre. Go under the railway bridge and the Mancunian Way flyover.
Turn left onto Sidney Street and follow the blue “King’s Church” pedestrian signs around to the right.

BY TRAM

St. Peter’s Square Metrolink Tram Stop (C on the map)

10 minute walk. From St. Peter’s Square, turn onto Oxford Street, heading South away from the city centre. Go past the Palace Theatre on the left (after which the road becomes Oxford Road). Go under the railway bridge and the Mancunian Way flyover. Turn left onto Sidney Street and follow the blue “King’s Church” pedestrian signs around to the right. King’s House is on the right side of Sidney Street, opposite the entrance to Sugden Sports Centre.

BY BUS

Oxford Road is a main bus corridor into the city centre. The closest Oxford Road bus stops to King’s House are these: the Aquatics Centre (heading South away from the city centre) and All Saints’ Park (heading North towards the city centre).
